At Tsunami Hits Media, privacy isn’t just a checkbox—it’s part of how I do business. I'm not here to harvest data, sell profiles, or run algorithms. I’m just one person, crafting songs with care, and I treat your information the way I’d want mine treated.

What I Collect
I only collect what I need to make your song and get it to you:

• Your name, email address and phone number (only if you requested text delivery)

• Details about your song (like who it’s for and why)

• A transaction record from PayPal

That’s it. You’re never auto-added to any lists or tracked around the internet.

How I Use It
I use your info to craft and deliver your custom song, follow up if needed, and occasionally ask if you’d like to share your song in the portfolio or leave a testimonial—but only if you’ve given clear permission.

You can optionally sign up for email updates, but it's never required for delivery.

How Long I Keep It
Form data is stored securely for 90 days, then deleted—unless I’m still actively working with you on edits, remakes, or follow-up.

I keep the finished song and cover art for my internal archive and potential portfolio use. Names and personal details are anonymized unless you’ve clearly said it’s okay to share them.

Want your info deleted sooner? Just send me an email. I’ll take care of it—no hoops.

What I Don’t Do
I never sell or share your personal info. Ever. Period!

I don’t use ad pixels, behavioral targeting, or data profiling.

I don’t intentionally use cookies. Wix (my website host) might place a few for basic site functionality, but I don’t use or review them.

What I Do Look At
Wix provides me with basic dashboard stats like total visits and unique visitors. I glance at these occasionally out of curiosity—but not to track individual users or market to anyone.

Third-Party Services
Payments are handled by PayPal. I never see your card info—just a basic transaction confirmation.
Wix and PayPal may collect their own data according to their respective privacy policies.

Your Rights
You can email me any time to ask what info I’ve got, request a correction, or have it deleted. I’ll always be glad to help.

Updates
If I ever change this policy, I’ll say so right here. No fine print, no tricks.
