F.A.Q.

Frequently Asked Question

At Tsunami Hits Media, I believe in transparency. This page answers the most common questions I get—about how the songs are crafted, what’s included, how the process works, and what makes Tsunami Hits Meida different. No hype, no fluff—just real answers from the person who actually makes your song.

1. What do I get with my song?

You’ll receive all of these files together—like a digital care package: a fully crafted MP3 of your song, a PDF of the lyrics, and a custom square-format cover image (JPG). All delivered via email. If you selected the optional text delivery, you’ll also get the MP3 on your phone.

2. Why does the song only cost $20 when other sites charge $30, $40, or even more?

Because I believe I can make a profit at that price and still give each song the time and attention it deserves. It’s just me behind the scenes, and my overhead is low—at least for now. I haven’t factored in every future cost like marketing, domains, or backend upgrades yet, so I may need to adjust slightly down the road. But I’ll never price these songs beyond what I think they’re truly worth. Most of them are gifts, and I’d rather build trust and have people come back than chase a quick sale.

3. Are your songs really custom—or just templates with my name added?

Every song starts from scratch. I don’t use templates or prewritten lyrics with blank spaces for names. Some sites might do it right—but I’ve seen others that rely on shortcuts. I build each song around your story and your details, and I don’t send it unless it feels real.

4. I saw a site that promises “real singers” under $100. What’s the catch?

The catch is—they’re not being honest. Quality human vocals take time, skill, and real money. If a site offers fast turnaround, low prices, and “live” singers, it’s most certainly AI behind the scenes. They’re just not telling you (but I got one to tell me—and I’ve got the receipt).

5. I saw a site that delivers in 1 hour. Can you do that?

Not if you want it to mean something. One-hour songs are usually instant AI output with almost no human involvement. I take a little longer because I care about the result. You’ll feel the difference.

6. What makes you think other services are lying about how they work?

I’ve been working with AI music for over a year now, and I’ve developed an ear for it—I can hear the difference between AI and a real studio performance, even when it’s subtle. As I was preparing to launch Tsunami Hits Media, I started looking at other “custom song” sites and saw red flags: vague promises of “real singers,” identical lyrics with just the name changed, reused contact info, fake artist bios, and AI-generated photos with telltale flaws. Some even had the same phone number listed across different sites while claiming to be separate brands. When people ask these companies directly about AI use, they usually deflect—or say nothing. I didn’t build Tsunami Hits Media to call them out, but once I saw what was out there, I knew I had to do things differently.

7. How do I know you're not just another AI song mill?

Because you’ll see the care I put into every step. I review each song line-by-line, and I won’t send it unless it feels right. I believe my portfolio backs me up, and I encourage you to visit and spend some time there. I read a customer comment on another site where the singer said their name wrong. It wasn’t a complicated name—the kind of mistake that only happens when a song is generated and sent without anyone listening to it. I can’t do that. I need to hear every song before it goes out.

8. Do you use AI to make the songs?

Yes—I proudly use tools like generative AI to assist with lyrics and storytelling, and AI music generation to shape the music and performance. But AI is just a tool. Every lyric is written, reviewed, and emotionally checked by me before I send it. That’s the Tsunami Hits Media difference.

9. Why does your AI-assisted music sound better than most AI songs I’ve heard?

Because I don’t just push a button and send whatever comes out. After I carefully curate the lyrics, I generate songs until I can feel the music match the words. Most sites rely on pure automation and one-shot luck—I rely on human care.

10. How long does it take to get my song?

Most songs are delivered within 1–3 days. If it’ll take longer than 5 business days, I’ll reach out and let you know. I work fast—but never at the cost of quality.

11. How many songs can I order at once?

You can order as many songs as you want—but I keep a limited stock each week to make sure every song gets the attention it deserves. If a tier is marked “sold out,” it means I’ve hit my cap for the week.

12. Do I pay before or after I fill out the form?

Before. I use a “Pay First, Form Later” system. Once you complete payment, you’ll be instantly redirected to a form where you can tell me who the song is for and why it matters. If something goes wrong and you lose access to the form, just email me—I’ll get you a fresh link right away.

13. What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are securely processed through PayPal. You can use a PayPal account, credit card, debit card, or even Venmo in many cases—no PayPal account required.

14. Why are there two price tiers?

I offer two options: Non-Monetized ($20): Great for gifts, personal tributes, or casual social sharing. Monetized ($30): For creators who want to include the song in income-generating content like YouTube videos, TikToks, or podcasts. If you want to upload the song as a standalone track to a music platform—like Spotify, Apple Music, or even YouTube as a music release—please reach out first. I don’t currently allow distribution on streaming services. I also don’t offer blanket commercial licenses—just fair, limited use for creators.

15. What happens if I forget to fill out the form after paying?

If you accidentally close the page or don’t reach the form after payment, just email me and I’ll send you a fresh link. I’m not able to send it automatically right now, so reaching out is the best way to make sure I have what I need to start your song.

16. Can I use my song on YouTube or a podcast?

Yes—if you purchased the Monetized Tier, you’re cleared to include the song in income-generating content like YouTube videos, TikToks, or podcasts. But uploading the song as a standalone track—like a music release—isn’t allowed without permission. If you’re not sure how your use fits, just email me and I’ll be happy to clarify.

17. Can I request a revision?

Yes. If something feels off or needs a tweak, just reach out. I want you to love it—and I’ll work with you to get it right.

18. Can I request that you don’t use my song publicly?

Absolutely. I’ll never share your name or details without permission—and if you want your song kept completely private, just let me know. There’s even a question about this right on the request form, so you can tell me upfront.

19. Will my song be posted on your website or social media?

Sometimes—but only with care. I may feature songs in my portfolio or on social media, but I don’t use names or identifying details without permission. If you’d prefer your song stay private, just let me know. There’s a question about this on the form, so you can tell me right up front.

20. Can I get a refund if I don’t like the song?

Once the song is in progress, refunds aren’t automatic—but I truly care about the outcome. If something’s off, reach out. I’ll do my best to make it right.
