At Tsunami Hits Media, I believe in keeping things honest, clear, and human. This page isn’t full of legal traps—it’s here to help you understand what you’re agreeing to when you order a custom song from me.

How It Works
Once you make a one-time payment through PayPal, you'll be directed to a short form to tell me what the song is about. I’ll craft your custom track using a blend of AI tools and personal attention.

You’ll receive:

An MP3 of the final song
A lyric sheet (PDF only)
A square-format cover image (JPG)

These are delivered via email. If you opted for optional text delivery, you’ll also receive a copy to your phone.

Turnaround Time
Most songs are delivered within 1–3 days, often faster. If I know the song will take longer than 5 business days, I’ll let you know. Otherwise, I prefer spending time making great songs over sending a flood of update emails.

Refunds & Revisions
I do my best to get it right the first time. But if something misses the mark, just reach out. I’ll go the extra mile to make sure we get it right—whether that means a quick tweak or starting fresh if needed.

Refunds aren’t automatic once I’ve started work, but I handle concerns in good faith. You won’t be ignored or left stuck with something you don’t love.

Use Rights
You’re purchasing a non-exclusive license to use your custom song.

Personal Tier ($20): For gifts, tributes, social sharing, and non-commercial use
Monetized Tier ($30): For platforms where you may earn income (like YouTube, TikTok, podcasts, or ads)

Unless you ask me not to, I may feature your song in my portfolio or social media posts. No names will be shared unless I have permission.

Ownership & Musical Overlap
Every Tsunami Hits Media song is uniquely crafted for the client, and I do not reuse personal details, lyrics, or themes.

That said, because the tools I use generate music dynamically, I don’t guarantee total exclusivity of musical tone or structure. Songs are original, but I don’t claim that every chord progression or vibe will be unlike anything else on Earth. That’s just how music works.

Transparency & Technology
I proudly use AI tools to help me craft songs—but I never send anything I don’t emotionally stand behind. I personally read every verse and listen to every track to make sure it feels right before I deliver it.

Songs are digitally generated, not performed live. All visual art used is AI-generated or clearly licensed.

Your Part
Please make sure any info you give me—names, dates, stories—is accurate and okay to use. If your song includes someone else’s name or story, make sure you’ve got their permission.

If a request crosses the line into mean-spirited, harmful, or tasteless territory, I reserve the right to decline or refund the order. For example, I won’t produce cruel diss tracks or anything that makes me uncomfortable.

Policy Updates
These terms may be updated over time. The most current version will always be available on the website, and if I make a major change, I’ll flag it clearly.
